dddjl Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "dddjl" or "Platform" refers to the online gaming website operated at dddjl.club, including all services, features, games, and content made available thereon.
• "Operator" refers to the company operating dddjl.club within the PAGCOR-regulated online gaming framework for the Philippine market.
• "Player", "User", or "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the dddjl platform.

• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming activities in the Philippines.

By accessing dddjl, creating an Account, making a deposit, or using any game or service on the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with the dddjl Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional terms and conditions applicable to specific promotions or games ("Additional Terms").

If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the dddjl platform and close your Account. Continued use of dddjl after any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on dddjl. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether in the same name or through other means — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, valid Philippine mobile number, and date of birth. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate. dddjl reserves the right to require documentary verification of any information provided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dddjl Account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any other person.

• You are responsible for all activity conducted under your Account, whether authorised by you or not.
• You must notify dddjl support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• dddjl will never ask for your full password via any channel. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• You must ensure your registered mobile number remains active and accessible, as it is used for OTP-based security verification.
• You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal. Valid Philippine government-issued identification is required.
• You agree not to allow any other person to use your Account, including family members — each person must have their own registered Account.

dddjl accepts deposits in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI Bank Transfer, BDO Bank Transfer, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos unless otherwise specified.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified on the deposit page at time of transaction.
• Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) banking business day.
• All funds deposited to dddjl must originate from a payment account legally registered in your own name. Third-party funding is not permitted.
• dddjl reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits above a threshold determined by the Operator from time to time.
• Deposits are non-refundable once credited to your Wallet and used in any game, except where required by applicable Philippine law.

Players may withdraw available Wallet balances subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's Account must have completed KYC verification with a valid Philippine government-issued ID before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible. Withdrawal to a different method requires prior approval and additional verification.
• Bonus balances and associated winnings are subject to applicable wagering requirements and may not be withdrawn until those requirements have been satisfied.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 unless otherwise specified.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 5 to 60 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days.
• dddjl reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending verification of account identity, source of funds, or compliance with these Terms.
• Any withdrawal request that dddjl reasonably believes may be connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms may be withheld pending investigation.

dddjl offers various promotional bonuses, cashback programmes, VIP rewards, and tournament prizes to registered players. All bonuses are subject to these Terms and any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate Bonus Wallet. They become available for use in games but are not directly withdrawable as cash without satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements.
• Standard wagering requirements for deposit match bonuses are stated in the relevant promotion terms. dddjl typically sets wagering requirements at between 20x and 40x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion.
• Each promotion specifies an expiry period. Bonus balances not used within the expiry period will be automatically removed from your Account without compensation.
• dddjl reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with or without prior notice where required by regulatory obligations or to prevent system abuse.
• Bonuses are available to one Account per person, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times using different Accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• dddjl reserves the right to reclaim any bonus credited in error or obtained through abuse, collusion, or any other method that circumvents the intended operation of a promotion.

All games available on dddjl — including slot machines, live dealer games, bingo, and sports betting — are operated in accordance with the specific rules applicable to each game type. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages and house edge figures are accurate representations of the mathematical advantage applied over the long run.

• All slot and RNG-based games use certified Random Number Generators that are independently audited for fairness and randomness.
• Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studio environments where dealing and game equipment are physically inspected and certified.
• The result of each game round is final. dddjl will only reverse a result where a technical malfunction demonstrably affected game outcome.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game or spin, the round will be resolved according to the game engine's last recorded state. Resulting outcomes are binding.
• Sports betting markets are offered based on the Operator's assessment of probabilities. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, the odds are fixed for that wager.
• dddjl reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is clear evidence of technical error, data feed failure, or match manipulation affecting the outcome.

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using dddjl:

• Registering using false, incomplete, or another person's identity information.
• Opening more than one Account on dddjl.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to ordinary human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotional activity on dddjl.
• Exploiting any bug, glitch, or error in the Platform's software for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided and the Account will be suspended.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with any software forming part of the dddjl Platform.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward dddjl staff, live dealers, or other players via any chat or communication feature on the Platform.
• Circumventing geographic restrictions or age verification controls through technical means, including VPN or proxy services.

dddjl is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing players with the tools necessary to manage their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players directly from Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions apply immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds per day, week, or month. Exceeding a loss limit will automatically prevent further real-money play within that period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use dddjl for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from dddjl without the Operator's express prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, dddjl and the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill.

The Operator's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dddjl makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Access to dddjl may be suspended for maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond the Operator's reasonable control. The Operator accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of such interruptions.

dddjl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where the Operator has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• A Player has breached any provision of these Terms or any applicable law.
• A Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• A Player is under the age of 21.
• An Account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal purpose.
• An Account is being operated by an automated system rather than a human player.
• A Player has abused a promotional offer in bad faith.

Upon Account closure for cause, the Operator may withhold any Wallet balance pending investigation. Where the Account closure is not the result of Player misconduct, available Wallet balances (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via the most recent withdrawal method on file within a reasonable timeframe.

dddjl reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, dddjl will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Players through the Platform, via registered email, or via an SMS notification to the Player's registered mobile number. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of dddjl following the notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using dddjl and may request Account closure by contacting support at support at dddjl.club.

These Terms and Conditions and your use of dddjl are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to any conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days of written notice of the dispute, the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or platform conduct, Players may also lodge a formal complaint with dddjl's Customer Support team. dddjl aims to resolve all complaints within seven (7) business days of receipt.
